SHIPPING OPTIONS

Your order will be process within 48hrs following your purchase.   Orders are being processed from Monday to Friday, excluding stat holidays.

CANADA

Free shipping on Canadian orders of $80 and up, before taxes. $10 shipping fee on Canadian orders less than $80.

All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information once the package ships.

During high volume sale periods or new collection releases there may be minor delays - we appreciate your patience during this time!

 

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

A 10$ + taxes fee will be charged for any mistaken shipping address that are shipped back to the warehouse. Please make sure you enter the right address when proceeding your order.

RETURNS POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND

Our goal is to have you over the moon with your purchase, so if you change your mind for any reason, we are more than happy to return all full-price purchases for gift voucher applicable on our online store. Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months after the issue date and can be redeemed towards any full-price or sale items across our website.

 

Please choose carefully as we are unable to provide a refund unless an item is faulty.

Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your package and be accompanied with a return authorization number (RA#).

To process a return and obtain your RA#, please contact client@themarigoldshop.com

Upon their return, products will be quality assessed and must be received in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and including all original tags and packaging.

Please keep in mind that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and for peace of mind we do recommend you use a tracked shipping method to confirm the delivery. TheMarigoldShop is not liable for any lost incoming packages.

Once your return has been received and approved, please allow up to 3 business days to receive confirmation of your store gift voucher details. Please keep in mind that original shipping costs are non-returnable.

Please note that all items discounted at 30% off and over are considered final sales, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items unless a garment is faulty.

FAULTY

All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however in the rare case you do receive an item with a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace or refund the item at your preference, depending on available inventory.

Please contact us with your faulty item description immediately upon receiving your package (within the 3 first days following order reception date), and include photos of the fault so we can resolve this as fast as possible for you!

POLICY

TheMarigoldShop endeavors to process all returns as soon as they are received, however, please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their return has been processed.

TheMarigoldShop reserves the right to deny an exchange/refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy. Returns of merchandise that are stained with deodorant, makeup, tanning product or any other substance will be denied.

For the avoidance of doubt, goods that have been intentionally damaged due to misuse will be denied.
